Talisman of felicity

 

During childhood - and the idea of the restaurant was far, far away - we used to help our mother Silvana to prepare ravioli and gnocchi together. And when we were home alone we spent our time watching the pictures of traditional Italian dishes on our mother’s cookbooks. One of them is the famous “Talisman of felicity”.

No wonder then if we have chosen this path. Silvana, without even knowing it, instilled this simple truth into our heads, the only secret of every dish is the love it is put in its preparation...

Every day we prepare our dishes following theses precepts and making use of the finest raw ingredients. This is the only matter.

In November 2003 we opened Santise, existing because we wish to share our passion for dining well.
