"Santisé" is the name of the little village San Desiderio in Piedmont dialect, where our restaurant is located.
As our culinary vision, we tried to throw our idea of encounter between tradition and modernity in the furnishings. And then there's the garden, which is, on summer evenings, a little paradise!
Moreover we are quite simply enamoured of these hills. It’s a place that seems to float like a conversation between earth and sky. Up here, we garden, cook and do everything we can to ensure the most wonderful of encounters possible for both our guests and ourselves: an encounter with nature.
